Who We Are

This website, bodymyotherapy.com, belongs to Barvita Health and Wellness, operating under the brand Barvita Integrative Therapy, 2700 Patriot Boulevard Suite 250, Glenview, IL 60026. This policy describes what information the website collects, why it collects it, and which outside services are involved.

Contact Form

When you send a message through the contact form, the website passes your email address, your name if you enter it, your message and the address of the page you sent it from to Violeta Barbolyuk by email, so she can reply to you. The email is delivered by Resend, an email delivery service. The website’s own database keeps only a record that a message was sent, with the page, how your visit started, and the approximate location and device type described under Website Statistics. It does not keep your name, email address or message.

Spam Protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a message comes from a person rather than an automated program. Turnstile loads when the form comes into view or when you start using it. To perform the check, Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and connection, including your IP address.

Website Statistics

The website counts visits with its own statistics, without cookies and without advertising or third-party analytics tools. For each page view it records the page address, the time, how the visit started (the website you came from and any campaign tags in the link, such as utm_source), the approximate location (country, region and city, as determined by Cloudflare from your connection) and the device type (desktop, mobile or tablet). It also records clicks on the phone number, the email address, booking links, social media links, the map and links to other websites, as well as the steps of the contact form.

A random session code is kept in your browser’s session storage and is removed when you close the tab. To count unique visitors per day, your IP address and browser details are combined with a secret value into a one-way code that changes every day. The IP address itself is not stored.

Cookies

The website itself does not set cookies for visitors. The map in the Contact section is provided by Google Maps and loads when you scroll to it. Google may use its own cookies and handles that information under the Google Privacy Policy.

Booking and Other Websites

Sessions are booked through MassageBook, and calls are scheduled through TidyCal. Information you enter there, including the intake form that MassageBook sends after you book, is collected by those services under their own privacy policies. The same applies to Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo and other websites linked from this one.

Hosting

The website runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical information about each request, such as the IP address and browser, to deliver and protect the website.
