Appointment Scheduling

Barvita Integrative Therapy massage therapy is scheduled by appointment only. Contact us anytime to discuss your needs and reserve your spot using Visa, Master Card or any major credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments/no-shows are charged the full value of the scheduled appointment. Exceptions may be made for illness, emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances at the practitioner’s discretion.

Late Policy

If you arrive late for your appointment, you will be provided with treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, I’m unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.

First Appointments

Please complete your online Intake Form prior to your first appointment so I can review your health history, goals, and reasons for seeking treatment. Please wear or bring appropriate clothing for treatment, such as a sports bra/tank top and shorts or other comfortable clothing. Please keep in mind that myofascial release is performed directly on the skin, not through clothing.
